Job description: 
To sell all SHM products, resolve all customer complaints and issues regarding Modem, SIM, Registration, Product, Service, campaign, User experience, etc. and prepare reports considering these issues.

To visit dealer based on agreed SLAs to check their performance, train new products/services to them, check stock availability, etc. To resolve all Dealers’ issues and prepare any requested report regarding Dealers.

Responsibilities:

  • Visit dealers on monthly basis to communicate and check out their performance; reflect their and our needs, etc.
  • Training of dealers for new products, promotions and access to portals
  • Stock availability checking and maintain business flow through dealers’ stock availability
