Job Description

  • Participating in implementing the RAFM’s strategy and culture transversally throughout the company.
  • Ensure the Revenue Assurance, Cost Assurance and Fraud prevention and detection activities in order to secure revenues and control financial risks related to the company’s activities.
  • Propose, design and manage the RAFM monitoring policies and processes.
  • Anticipate and identify potential leakages or unusual activity levels.
  • Anticipate and Mitigate financial loss to Shatel Mobile or its customers caused by fraudulent activities resulting from technical or process related weaknesses or breaches.
  • Design, monitor and supervise SLA’s and processes effecting company’s revenue.
  • Making reports to RAFM management.

Requirements

Experience:

  • Telecom or a complex technology-oriented industry domain experience – especially in an operational and/or policy experience with at least 2 years of following preferable experiences:
