My Shatel Mobile collects data in accordance with the following tools and policies:

Shatel Mobile never stores any personal pieces of information such as the debit card number and PIN or the bank account password. In-App purchase will be made via banking payment gateways and AP Wallet (Asan Pardakhat Persian), and Shatel Mobile has no responsibility for preserving privacy policies in banks and AP wallet with regard to how to store and use information. The respective documentation should be requested from respective banks or systems for information regarding privacy policies
Shatel Mobile has restricted the employee access to user information, and every employee can have access to such information based on their responsibilities and to the required amount. Shatel Mobile makes maximum attempts at protecting user information and prevent unauthorized access in security servers and layers
Furthermore, users are responsible for retaining their user names and passwords. Therefore, users should never expose that information to any third party in order to prevent any potential abuse. Shatel Mobile has no responsibility in this regard
Data Usage
Collecting IPs and cookies, Shatel Mobile constantly analyzes some data to improve user experience and provide proper services based on user behavior and needs. These data include push notification ID, AD ID, device name, phone brand, etc
We do not knowingly solicit data from or market to children under 18 years of age. By using the app, you represent that you are at least 18 or that you are the parent or guardian of such a minor and consent to such minor dependent’s use of the app. If we learn that personal information from users less than 18 years of age has been collected, we will deactivate the account and take reasonable measures to promptly delete such data from our records. User Information Disclosure Case
Your personal information might be provided for legal authorities at their discretion to address legal requests and deal with claims regarding the violation of the public rights. In such cases, Shatel Mobile shall not be held legally liable for the compensation of losses. In fact, users have waived any right to objection by giving their consent for using Shatel services
